Shipping Protection Policy

Shipping Protection safeguards your purchase should anything happen to the package in transit. If it's lost, stolen, or damaged (even partially), or if you feel that your order is in a tracking loop…YOU'RE COVERED!!

Here's how it works. When you allow the pre-selection of the Shipping Protection from the shopping cart during checkout, you're covered.  If anything happens to your package, including being stolen from your porch, just notify us with the pertinent information WITHIN 30 DAYS of ordering your product as well as your order number.

To notify us of a claim, IT'S EASY!!  Just click on this link (Submit Shipping Protection ticket) to submit a Shipping Protection claim or contact us via phone at # 877-750-6455.

PLEASE NOTE: When submitting your ticket for a Shipping Protection claim, please make sure to include in the Subject line the words “Shipping Protection Claim”.  This way we will know to give you top priority in handling your ticket.

In most cases, as soon as we receive your claim we will expeditiously review it and process the reshipment of your order.  In the situation where the local delivery vendor has marked the shipment as delivered (but it hasn't been), there's a search period (5 days for domestic U.S. and 10 days for international orders) before processing the claim to allow us time to help locate the order, as we have found that in the vast majority of these situations the order does show up.

We do request that you check with family members and neighbors to make sure someone doesn't already have it.

Once a replacement order is approved, it is packed and shipped out to you at our expense immediately. You can expect the order to arrive within 2-3 business days after it ships.

It's that simple. No claim forms, no waiting for a refund, no trying to convince anyone that it's really gone. You tell us what happened, and we replace it.  However, if the same issue occurs with the second shipment, we will provide a refund in lieu of a 3rd shipment.

Any refunds processed in association with this policy will include the product price paid minus the shipping protection fee.

If you do not wish to accept the Shipping Protection selection, then all you have to do is click on the checked box to deselect the option.  By deselecting the Shipping Protection option, you will not be charged for Shipping Protection and your order shipment will not be covered if it is lost or stolen.
